PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: The seminar will address typical construction types

and over time. An explanation will be made of the construction cost model, which
accurately evaluates the relative initial construction cost of a multi-family building using
different materials. This new study is based on the 2015 IBC using the balanced design
approach. You will receive cost information from December 2016, May 2017 and
September 2017 for three cities Edgewater, NJ –Towson, MD – Dallas, TX. We will also
have cost information for Pittsburgh, Lehigh Valley, Philadelphia, Baltimore and
Washington DC as additional local cities studied to date.
